You will collaborate across business and technology teams to deliver high-quality requirements and ensure solutions provide an exceptional client experience. Your work will drive innovation in fraud detection and risk management making a meaningful difference every day. Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with product owners data scientists and fraud strategists to deliver customer-focused solutionsSupport product roadmap and pipeline development and maintenanceSchedule and lead technical elaboration and JAD sessions with stakeholders and technology partnersGather and translate system requirements into use cases user stories and functional specification documentsDefine and write API specifications including request/response data structures (JSON YAML Avro XML)Create technical process flows data flow diagrams swim-lane diagrams and sequence diagramsDocument user personas and build requirement artifacts and mapping documentsSupport internal and functional testing using tools such as Postman or SOAP UIWork closely with the System User Acceptance Test team to ensure thorough testing of scenariosServe as the primary liaison between business architecture development and testing teamsManage interdependencies between product releases and delivery activitiesRequired Qualifications Capabilities and SkillsBachelors degree in engineering computer science technology or related field3 years of experience in product technology or financial servicesExtensive experience in technical business analysis in a related industryExperience with service-oriented design and technology (Rest APIs micro services Kafka webservices MQ messaging)Experience with cloud solutions and/or RDBMSExcellent communication interpersonal and analytical skillsAbility to interpret and share concepts clearly with varied audiencesComfortable creating and presenting recommendations to leadershipAbility to interview stakeholders and quickly understand new conceptsSelf-starter with strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver actionable insightsProficiency with project tracking and process documentation tools (Confluence JIRA Visio)Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and SkillsAdvanced degreeExperience with fraud risk and originations productsPrior web-based development experience (J2EE web services API development data streaming)Prior experience in financial or banking institutions especially with digital or payments-related productsRequired Experience:Senior IC Key Skills Electrical,Academics,Customer Service,Computer Data Entry,Cardiac Surgery,Freight Forwarding Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
