This role is responsible for diagnosing and analyzing returned parts from internal operations customer complaints and warranty claims. The focus is on identifying root causes of failures of Power Control Units (PCU) inverter assemblies and other internal components. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate failure analysis support corrective actions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.This position involves hands-on component testing detailed documentation and communication of findings to internal stakeholders and customers.
