Our Equity Portfolio Management team oversees our benchmark-relative active quantitative equity strategies from Boston London Sydney and Singapore. This role is based in Boston. You will work with portfolio managers in Boston and around the world to enhance our investment process and help provide solutions to clients through rigorous quantitative analyses.Acadian supports a hybrid work environment; employees are on-site in the Boston office 3 days a week.What Youll Do:Support members of the Equity Portfolio Management team in various aspects of portfolio management including oversight and research.Assist in the analysis of the drivers of performance of various equity strategies.Assist in responding to ad-hoc queries from clients consultants and prospects.Collaborate with other members of the team to identify and deploy enhancements to our investment process.Develop a strong understanding of the Acadian equity investment processWere Looking for Teammates With:Bachelors degree in a quantitative field is required. Advanced degree in economics finance mathematics computer science engineering physics or similar discipline preferred.1-3 years of experience in finance preferably asset management with emphasis on quantitative investing and risk management. Strong knowledge of quantitative models and techniques.Strong programming background required e.g. in PythonWillingness and ability to work in a collegial result-focused environmentStrong verbal and written communications skillsThe base salary range for this role is $110000 $120000per year.
