MPA provides after-sales service parts support for Hyundai Motors, Kia Motors, and Genesis. In addition to the distribution of genuine service parts, the MPA Accessories division develops accessories for Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis - which are installed on new vehicles in the United States and Canada.

Description

This position will help prepare all the necessary documents for uploading into the US Customs ACE portal to seek retroactive refunds. Work with Korea to obtain Certificates of Origin. Retrieve documents (7501 (Broker KN), Customs Entry, Commercial Invoice (AMOS)). Save all documents per the naming convention highlighted in the SOP. Group documents in preparation for claim filing. Prepare retroactive details within the Excel Template. Intermediate Excel skills request for data entry. Manipulate the Customs Entry to only include parts subject to retro claims. Assist Customs Specialist with finalizing data to be uploaded into ACE Portal.

Required Qualifications

Years of experience/ industry experience = Experience should include one or more of the following or equivalent. Customs experience, Transportation, Logistics, Billing, Invoice Processing, 3+ years Education = Bachelor's degree - preferred, but not required

Employment Type - Non-Exempt

Compensation - Hourly Wage, $47,273.00 - 69,727.00
