Analyst II - ACS Contracts & Administration
The Analyst II, Airport Commercial Contracts supports the management and optimization of third-party airport service provider relationships and operational contracts across the Frontier network through data-driven analysis and reporting. In this role, you will analyze financial, contractual, and operational data to support cost control, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining models for labor planning, resource allocation, and financial forecasting, providing insights that inform leadership decisions. This role also supports sourcing initiatives, cost optimization efforts, and performance tracking by leveraging data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Working cross-functionally with colleagues in Finance, Airport Customer Service, and Network Planning, you will help ensure contract compliance, validate vendor performance against KPIs, assess changes and future needs as the network grows and develops, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations that support Frontier's operational and financial objectives.
Essential Functions include:
- Support analysis of Airport Commercial Contracts cost center by contributing to budgeting, forecasting, accrual tracking, and variance reporting.
- Perform data analysis on vendor spend, invoices, and financial performance to identify discrepancies, trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support sourcing and procurement activities by analyzing commercial needs, pricing, benchmarking costs, and contributing to bid evaluations.
- Build and maintain labor and staffing models to support resource planning and operational needs.
- Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing financial performance, vendor activity, and operational metrics for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and track Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance metrics by collecting, validating, and analyzing vendor data.
- Support analysis of wage changes and regulatory impacts (e.g., Living Wage Ordinances) through cost modeling and scenario analysis.
- Review contracts to ensure key terms, pricing, and scope align with supporting data, documentation, and business objectives.
- Conduct periodic audits of vendor invoices, contractual compliance, and operational data to ensure accuracy and adherence to agreements.
- Maintain contract and vendor data within internal systems, ensuring accuracy, organization, and audit readiness.
- Partner with Finance to support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for Airport third-party services.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure accurate data inputs and drive team deliverables and operational goals.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives by providing analysis, developing insights, and supporting decision-making.
Other Functions include:
- Support the Director and Managers, Airport Commercial Contracts by analyzing data to inform long-term category strategies and evaluate vendor performance.
- Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities by analyzing workflows, contract data, and sourcing activities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide analytical support for enterprise initiatives by developing reports and synthesizing financial and operational data to inform leadership decisions.
Minimum Qualifications Education & Experience include:
- Bachelor's degree in business, aviation management, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
- 04 years of relevant experience in aviation, operations, finance, management consulting, or vendor management; internship experience is a plus
- Exposure to purchasing, procurement, or vendor analysis, especially in an airline or airport setting, is preferred
- Familiarity with RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and contract documentation preferred
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities include:
- Basic understanding of aviation operations, contract management, and vendor services; familiarity with tools such as INFORM is a plus.
- Foundational knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with the ability to compile and present data clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and support recommendations.
- Ability to organize and analyze data sets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external business partners.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and tracking performance metrics.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, with the ability to support communication with diverse vendor teams.

Salary Range: $58,394 - $77,508
