Creating a career you love? It's Possible.The Investor Relations team at Pinterest is responsible for communications between Pinterest and the investment community. This includes providing clear and transparent financial and operational updates, handling investor inquiries and ensuring compliance with regulatory disclosure requirements.You will be working closely with cross-functional leaders across the business, including the CEO, CFO and VP of Investor Relations & Treasury, to drive the delivery of earnings related materials and messaging.What you'll do:Become an expert on Pinterest's financial and operating results, as well as on its products and services. Build deep, cross-functional relationships across the company to achieve this goalContribute to all aspects of the quarterly earnings prep process, including helping to prepare the CEO and CFO prepared remarks, quarterly financial press release, Q&A documents, investor presentations and other associated materialsServe as a key point of contact for the investment community to enhance their understanding of the company's financial results, product initiatives and long-term strategyAssist in organizing and actively participate in investor conferences, meetings and road showsHelp drive Pinterest's investor engagement strategy by owning regular analysis of Pinterest's shareholder base and investor targeting exercisesContribute to the process of evaluating and approving externally shared product and business dataAnalyze analyst and investor commentary, industry trends and communicate relevant insights to executive leadership and the IR teamBuild and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholdersWhat we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or a related field2 - 4 years of professional experience in buyside investing, equity research, investor relations, corporate finance, and/or other Wall Street positionExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to distill complex financial and business information into clear and compelling messagesAdvanced analytical skills with an ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysisExceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple deliverables simultaneously with high attention to detailOperates with a sense of urgency, delivering high quality work under tight deadlines with a high level of autonomy and reliabilityStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with a wide range of internal and external stakeholdersStrong interest in the financial markets and technology trendsAdvanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs and Microsoft Excel/PowerpointIn-Office Requirement Statement:We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style.
