Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client in Eau Claire, WI is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join as a Team Lead to be part of a World Class Manufacturing Team that builds custom control panels to assist with team member issues, and oversee team member work for quality, attendance, and guideline compliance. Job Title: Team LeadWage: $25.00/hourShift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - FridayWhat's in it for you?Paid trainingFull time hoursClean and safe work environmentSmall team in a growing business What will you be doing?Wire, assemble, and build high volume custom control panels and displays according to job specifications. Read and interpret simple electrical specifications and wiring.Coordinates jobs and tasks according to workload to meet daily goals. Internally review employee work to ensure standard work instructions are being adhered to. Comply with and monitor compliance with department policies and procedures. Actively participate in meetings, trainings, and education. Keep the supervisor / managers informed of issues, opportunities for improvement, equipment, procedures, safety, and employees. Recommend changes where appropriate. Assist employees in making improvements to their performance through coaching and mentoring.
