SITE OVERVIEW

Hospital based position in Tulsa, OK, serving northeast Oklahoma and neighboring regions. Teaching hospital.

' Monday-Friday schedule: 7:00 AM ' 3:30 PM

DEPARTMENT ROLE

' Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations & develop individualized anesthesia care plans

' General & Regional anesthesia

' Spinal & epidural anesthesia

' Manage routine & complex airway cases, including emergent airway situations

' Place arterial lines & central venous catheters as clinically indicated

' Participate in perioperative workflow improvement and quality initiatives

' Monitored anesthesia care (MAC)

' Strong Administrative & Nursing Support

' Minimal on-call coverage

' Opportunity to mentor CRNAs and medical trainees

' Collaborative perioperative environment

' No restrictive non-compete

' Moonlighting permitted

PACKAGE

Up to $400,000 Salary, commensurate with experience + Bonus

Up to $200,000 in Student Loan Repayment Assistance

50-55 days Annual PTO

YOU

Ability to obtain/maintain a license to practice medicine in the state of Oklahoma

Completion of, or in process, Anesthesiology residency required

Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiology required

Strong airway management and perioperative care skills preferred

CRNA supervision experience preferred

Advanced airway techniques including fiberoptic intubation preferred

Teaching or mentoring experience preferred

Perioperative workflow optimization initiatives preferred

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
