• Diverse case types with no hearts, heads, neurosurgery, peds or trauma with an annual volume of 10,000 cases
• Supportive and collegial group of 6 physicians and 10 CRNAs 
• Collaborative medical direction model
• Practice at a well-respected community-based hospital licensed for 292 beds
