One provider covers call from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on weekdays, with 24-hour call on Saturdays and Sundays and a 30-minute callback requirement. The facility is a 174-bed Level III Trauma Center with six ORs, averaging around 6,000 OR cases and 500 OB cases annually.
