Job Description
Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Start date :12/01/2025 End date: Coverage type: Scheduled + On Call optional Schedule : Standard 4, Day (10 Hours) 7:00 (Flexible) - 17:00 (Flexible) Coverage needed per month: at least 2 weeks per month, ideally full time Frequency of any Call needed: Not required, but appreciated Schedule Details: 4x10hr shifts per week is ideal with a flex day off, but can offer 5x10 s possibly. Typically either 7a-5p or 8a-6p Patients per shif t: Varies Beds in Hospital:Minimum Board Certification : NBCRNA EMR System :EPIC Board certification required : ACLS/BLS License requirement : TN Estimated Credentialing Time : 60 days DEA Req d?: Yes Minimum Experience Req d: 2 years Are vaccines mandatory?: TBD Additional requirements/details to screen for?: must send name clear with NPI Is IMLC Accepted?: Yes
