General and complex range of cases, including orthopedic (elective + trauma), gynecology, ENT, complex vascular, neurosurgery, interventional cardiology including EP and structural heat, and full scope cardiothoracic cases. A 1.0 FTE is roughly 2200 hours annually (including all types of call) and is made up of day, evening, overnight, etc. The group shares/rotates holidays/weekends in a manner that creates individual hourly and compensation flexibility.
