Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our newly established team of 21 physicians and 46 CRNAs at Providence St Vincent Medical Center.
• Work alongside a collaborative, caring team whose main purpose is bringing better care to the bedside.
• We empower our team to practice to the top of their license.
• We are a solo physician and collaborative care team model, comprised of Anesthesiologists and CRNAs, with a ratio of no more than 1:4.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board-certified/eligible in anesthesia.
• Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Oregon.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Scheduling:

• We offer an array of flexible scheduling options, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive care to patients in a large hospital environment servicing pediatrics, orthopedics, general, OB/GYN, and vascular services.
• Demonstrate autonomous care for medical and surgical patients with support from a full complement of medical subspecialists.
• Exemplify proficiency in all subspecialties of anesthesia.
• Work closely with colleagues in other departments to ensure smooth transitions of care.
