The role involves providing full-spectrum perioperative care, including preoperative assessments, intraoperative anesthesia management, and postoperative monitoring. Position Highlights: Scope of Practice: Full-scope anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures Schedule: Flexible full-time schedule Call: 1:8 rotation with post-call day offQualifications: MD or DO (U.S. or foreign equivalent) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure and Controlled Substance License in the State of Michigan Current ACLS and PALS certifications (American Heart Association) Practice Environment:The position is located on a 225-acre wooded medical campus that sees high patient volumes and acuity levels.
