Library activities include checking in/out books reading to students assisting with book selections.30-40minutes per week of facilitation of online learning for each class in the building. This schedule should reflect a maximum block of 40 min per period.Plans conducts and supervises activities in the library that involve students in the acquisition of library skills and the use and enjoyment of all types of media.Functions as a resource person in assisting teachers with instructional activities which involve the use of media of all types.Selects and requisitions according to guidelines established by the Coordinator of Media Services print and non-print materials for the library collection.Manages instructional technology in the building and assists teachers with the use of equipment.Repairs and maintains all print materials.Evaluates collections for materials to be acquired as well as materials to be discarded or replaced.Organizes all materials for easy access convenient use and collection accountability.Maintains adequate supplies for the library operations and the efficient and continuous operation of all instructional technology.
