Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAOI Inspector – 3rd Shift Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced AOI Inspector to perform machine and manual inspection of PCB panels on 3rd shift. This role includes operating AOI equipment, verifying defects, performing precision circuit rework, and ensuring all panels meet quality standards.Responsibilities:Operate AOI and verification machines (setup, monitoring, inspection).Perform visual inspection of circuit patterns and verify AOI-detected defects.Complete precision rework using microscopes and small tools.Record inspection results and follow quality standards.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in PCB manufacturing.Experience with AOI inspection and verification.Strong attention to detail and visual acuity.Ability to perform fine rework and read work instructions.Basic computer skills; able to work independently.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.Good hand–eye coordination for fine detail work.Shift: 3rd ShiftITAR Compliance NoticeThis position requires compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
