Apartment Maintenance Supervisor at Madden Industrial Craftsmen

TempWe are seeking a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This temporary role is responsible for maintaining the overall physical condition of the apartment community to ensure safe clean and attractive living environments for residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing electrical and general repairs and will be committed to delivering high-quality maintenance services in a timely and professional manner.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks in apartments and common areas including:Plumbing (e.g. fixing leaks unclogging drains)Dry wall patch and paintingCarpentry (e.g. door repairs cabinetry fixes)Appliance installs and repair and replacementPrepare vacant apartments for new residents (turnovers/make-readies)Complete resident service requests/work orders promptly and professionallyMaintain tools and equipment in good working conditionAssist with groundskeeping duties as needed (e.g. trash pickup snow removal)Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulationsCommunicate effectively with residents coworkers and property managementMaintain inventory and materialsQualifications:2- years of maintenance experience 1 year leadership role with multifamily housing requiredWorking knowledge of plumbing carpentry and appliance repairReliable transportationAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various conditionsPhysically able to navigate stirs in mid to high-rise buildingsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits:Competitive hourly wage or salaryHealth insurancePaid time off401k matchingPay: $27-28/hour#zrRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Robotics,HVAC,Packaging,CMMS,Maintenance Management,Property Maintenance,OSHA,Maintenance,Painting,Programmable Logic Controllers,Supervising Experience,Troubleshooting Employment Type : Temp Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Hourly Salary Salary: 27 - 28
