Position Details

• Position: Maintenance Supervisor/Manager
• Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Pay: $25 - $29per hour (depending on experience)
• Start Date: Immediate Start Available
• Industry: Multifamily Housing

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the maintenance team in daily property operations
• Manage and complete work orders in a timely manner
• Perform and oversee preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues
• Assist with apartment turns and property upkeep
• Ensure the community is maintained to high quality and safety standards

Requirements

• At least 2 year of apartment or property maintenance experience required
• Must have your own tools
• Previous Maintenance Supervisor experience in multifamily housing preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• HVAC and/or CPO certifications are a plus
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Must be able to start immediately
• Ability to lead a team
