The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in API architecture cloud-based integration and system interoperability. You will lead a team of developers and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless data exchange scalable integrations and robust API security. Key Responsibilities Lead the design development and deployment of API integrations between internal systems and external partners. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Establish and maintain API standards documentation and best practices across projects. Evaluate recommend and implement API management tools and integration platforms. Ensure the security reliability and scalability of all API solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues providing timely resolutions. Mentor and guide team members on API design patterns coding standards and integration strategies. Work with DevOps teams to automate deployment pipelines for integration solutions. Stay up-to-date with emerging integration technologies cloud services and API frameworks. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in software integration and API development. Proven expertise in RESTful APIs SOAP JSON XML and API versioning strategies. Strong experience with API management platforms (e.g. Apigee MuleSoft Kong or AWS API Gateway). Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python or C#. Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and integration patterns. Experience with authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth JWT SAML). Strong problem-solving analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for API deployments. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
