Position Overview The Apparel Mechanic Manager will oversee the maintenance repair and optimization of sewing equipment and related machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. This role plays a key part in minimizing downtime ensuring safety compliance supporting production efficiency and leading a team of mechanics. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily maintenance diagnostics and repair of industrial sewing equipment and related machinery Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production Coordinate internal and external repairs and manage vendor and supplier relationships Maintain accurate equipment maintenance logs and service documentation Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and internal policies Partner with production teams to support productivity and quality standards Lead train and manage mechanical staff while promoting a strong safety culture Support product development through machinery optimization and innovation Manage tools spare parts inventory and maintenance resources efficiently Qualifications Proven track record managing sewing equipment tools and maintenance operations Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair expertise Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience coordinating with vendors including sales and negotiation activities Solid understanding of product development and production optimization Team leadership experience with a strong focus on safety High school diploma or equivalent required Technical certifications or vocational training in mechanical or manufacturing fields preferred Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Applied Mechanics required Key Skills Mechanic Experience,Diesel Engine Repair,Mechanical Knowledge,Air Brake,Alignment,Automotive Diagnostics,Automotive Repair,Maintenance,Welding,Hydraulics,Equipment Repair,Leadership Experience Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
