Territory Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the relationship with Big Sandy Superstore and any builder clients they have been assigned.We have a great benefits package consisting of:ESOP - Employee Stock Ownership ProgramHealth Insurance - Affordable health insurance with the 2 plan options: PPO 2000 or HSA 3000Dental Insurance - Affordable dental insurance with NO waiting period.Vision Insurance - Quality vision coverage for very little cost.Life Insurance - $10,000 Life Insurance Policy paid in full by the company.Paid Time Off - Competitive paid time off policies.Employee Discount - Generous employee discount on ALL merchandisePosition Requirements:Must have one year outside sales experience, Managing all aspects of our business in the area including, but not limited to:Creating leads in and out of the storeAttend networking functionsAssisting local customers with issuesDeveloping the other KI and hybrid salespeople in the marketOrganizing contract signings of awarded bidsInvoice keying and managementAssist in ordering and inventory controlMaintain a good relationship with all of our delivery resourcesBilling per contract recommendations, AR Account management, supplying invoices and CRM's to the billing team for paymentConducting a minimum of 2 meetings per month with Director of Kitchens. Inspired.Floor coverage for walk-in salesManage customer issues for the store and those assignedHave over 150 Pipeline tasks per monthMinimum personal sales expectations of $125K per monthHelp with training tasksPerform requested daily management tasksDevelop training protocolsQualities:Must have the ability to manage his/her time effectively and self motivateMust have a strong understanding of all aspects of the companyMust have a strong work ethic and high level of commitmentMust be a team playerSchedule:Minimum of 45 hours total, clocked weeklyEstimated 30 hours worked in store, weeklyEstimated 15 hours worked out of store, weekly
