We work on a wide range of Appliances from basic laundry to premier French ranges wine cooling systems and everywhere in between. Looking for someone with basic HVAC schooling electronics background plumbing experience forklift or automotive repair or a similar trade skill set. Knowing how to use a multimeter is key. We are looking for a well-mannered professional-minded individual we can mold into a top-tier tech with 100k a year potential. Youll need to be able to show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. This position is right for you if you are self-motivated have a knack for troubleshooting and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. Ideally you have proven communication skills with supervisors employees and customers. Training runs anywhere from 3-6 months depending on your skills willingness and ability to learn the trade. A mechanical and appliance aptitude test must be completed before an interview.Specific Responsibilities:Install home appliances/equipmentAccurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in the customers homeProvide cost estimates for repairs/installations and collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performedComplete invoices daily route sheets and weekly reports as requiredPerform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positionsPotential to receive online appliance schoolingJob Requirements:High school graduate or equivalentValid Drivers License with a clean recordwill need to pass a background screeningMust be at least 18 years of ageProficiency in navigating tablet-based technologyThe ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstancesFlexible and variable hours (no weekends)Ability to use a Multimeter on day 1Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop kneel crouch or crawl; and talk or hear.
