Appliance Repair Technician We are hiring an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and service residential appliances in customers' homes. The ideal candidate is skilled, professional, dependable, and able to provide excellent customer service while working independently in the field. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, and other household units Perform service calls at customer homes and clearly explain issues and repair options Install replacement parts and complete repairs efficiently and correctly Maintain accurate records of jobs, parts needed, and work completed Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding arrival times, job status, and follow-up needs Collect payments when required and ensure a professional customer experience Keep service vehicle, tools, and work area clean and organized Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job Requirements Experience repairing household appliances Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional appearance and strong communication skills Ability to lift heavy appliances and work in different positions as needed Basic knowledge of using phone apps, service software, or dispatch systems EPA certification is a plus for sealed system work, but not required for all applicants Preferred Qualifications Experience with major brands such as Whirlpool, GE, LG, Samsung, Frigidaire, Bosch, and KitchenAid Sealed system experience is a plus Installation experience is a plus Strong customer service mindset Ability to upsell repairs or recommend solutions when appropriate Pay Pay based on experience Contractor and full-time options may be available Opportunity for consistent work and growth About the Role This position is ideal for a technician who wants steady service calls, flexibility, and the opportunity to grow with a fast-moving appliance repair company.
