Job Duties: Diagnose and repair residential appliances including, but not limited to washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, freezers Utilize laptop and phone to document and research information Provide exceptional and timely customer serviceExperience required: High school diploma or equivalent is required Valid drivers license 2 years experience as an in-home service provider Excellent customer service skills Computer skills Excellent communication skills Mechanical and electrical knowledge Must be able to lift 50 - 100+ pounds**Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checkBenefits: Van, computer, cell phone, gas card and uniforms are provided.
