We are located in MA and service both MA and NH.We do not micro-manage our techs so we are looking for self-motivated individuals. If you have a knack for troubleshooting are able to manage time to effectively meet goals and you have proven communication skills with supervisors employees and customers you will fit right in. Our ownership group has vast appliance service experience and were previous techs. We understand what techs need and want.Needs to be personable and able to work with customers in their home.Technical background and aptitude. Know how to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.Ability to learn new skills.Self-starter and good work ethic is a must.Must pass background driving and drug screening.EPA certified.Specific Responsibilities:Accurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in the customers homeProvide cost estimates for repairs/installations and collect paymentEnsure the efficient use of materials and keep company vehicle and equipment properly servicedComplete invoices daily route sheets and weekly reports as requiredJob Requirements:High school graduate or equivalentValid Drivers License with a clean recordMust be at least 18 years of ageProficiency to navigate tablet-based technologyThe ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basisFlexible and variable hours. Weekends are not mandatoryPhysical Demands:While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop kneel crouch or crawl; and talk or hear.
