No appliance repair experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training and support as you develop the skills needed to work independently.

Starting Pay

Starting pay is based on aptitude, interview results, and early performance:

• $12-$13/hr - Entry-level trainee
• $15-$16/hr - Strong mechanical aptitude
• $17-$18/hr - High-potential candidates

Performance-based raises are available as skills develop.
