We're backed by Thrive Capital and world-class angels.About the roleAs an Applied AI Engineer at Console, you’ll work on the core agent loop and the many AI flows that make our product feel like magic. You will work closely with the product team and leadership to ship experiences which delight users and "just work".Some examples of work you might do:Building a copilot agent that human agents can delegate work to and get 10x more doneArchitecting product flows that collect user feedback and feed into online evals for rapid iterationLearning from unresolved tickets and suggesting new automations to customers automaticallyYou'll have room to be creative, own projects end-to-end, and shape both the platform and the product vision.This role is based in San Francisco, CA.
