Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative your responsibilities include answering phone calls texts online chats and emails from customers interested in servicing a vehicle at your car dealership or at their home / work many positions you are the first point of contact with potential customers and work at the front desk to greet walk-in customers answer questions and provide assistance as needed.About Us: At Century Ford of Mt.
