Our Appraisal team is seeking an Appraisal Administrative Assistant in Omaha, NE , (remote candidates will be considered). The individual will be assisting the appraisers in handling client and appraiser Letter of Engagements, tracking and completion of appraisal requests, assignments and reports.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the appraisers in managing the client and Letter of Engagements and tracking of the appraisal assignment, including report preparation, data gathering, filing and invoicing.Help to maintain database of sales information, county data, and area data Assist and support Real Estate OperationsAttend Appraisal Courses as assigned and required by managementPerforms additional duties as assigned and required by managementSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate of competency 1+ year of experience as an Administrative Assistant Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Power Point)PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Continually required to sit, talk/hear and utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read a computer monitor and use a keyboard Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 40 pounds Frequent travel within specified region for assignments and to attend company/industry functions as requiredCOMPETENCIES:
