Job Description

The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) is recruiting for an Appraisal Supervisor. The position is responsible for developing implementing and administering the Real Estate Appraisal and Appraisal Review Program. Responsible for planning directing and monitoring appraisal projects statewide. Ensure staff and appraisers are conforming to current appraisal standards and meet legal requirements. Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects. Ability to communicate and interpret information for internal and external customers.
