Guided by each clients Individualized Program Plan (IPP) and behavior support plan you will help promote independence community involvement and overall well-being. Youll also transport clients to medical appointments and community outings document care activities in a timely and accurate manner and respond to crisis situations with professionalism and empathy. This includes reporting any observed deficiencies in acceptable standards of consumer hygiene and environmental cleanliness are met.Administer or supervise self-administration of medication per treatment plan and physicians orders.Complete all documentation including notes checklists and medication administration records (MAR)at the time service is provided.Protect consumer rights and privacy at all timesProvide transportation to the consumer as outlined in the IPP.
