Oversees the Lakeshore Stingrays Swim Team.Manages a team of swim instructors and swim team coaches. This includes casting, hiring, training and holding accountable to the LSF Standards. Communicates efficiently and clearly with Members and Club regarding all areas of Aquatics.Supports swim assessments and swim try outs as needed Prepared to step in and teach any swim lesson in the event an instructor needs a sub for any reason. Works as part of a club leadership team to ensure we are always giving the highest level of programming and service.
