If youre excited about making a difference while contributing to the success of a new location wed love to have you on board.The PositionThe Aquatics Manager oversees the daily operations of our aquatics program and customer service activities. Youll ensure the British Swim School curriculum is delivered to brand and safety standards manage and mentor instructors handle customer interactions and teach lessons.This part-time role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week and is pivotal to our early success helping us deliver a world-class experience for our swimmers and families.Key Responsibilities Recruit hire onboard train and mentor swim instructors Schedule pool lessons and staff shifts efficiently Maintain accurate records for employee certifications and compliance Teach lessons and model customer service excellence Build a positive motivating culture for staff and students Communicate effectively with families and leadershipRequired Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Excellent communication leadership and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications 1 years of leadership or supervisory experience in aquatics childcare hospitality fitness or related field specialized swim instruction credentials plus CPR/Lifeguard certifications (may be obtained during training)Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and performance bonuses Paid training Ongoing leadership training and development opportunities Birthday off and Paid time offAbout UsAt British Swim School were more than just a swim lesson provider were a mission-driven community that saves lives through water safety education. While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. Its helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job but its not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach. We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team even if youre not in the pool.
