If youre excited about making a difference while contributing to the success of a new location, wed love to have you on board.The PositionThe Aquatics Manager oversees the daily operations of our aquatics program and customer service activities. Youll ensure the British Swim School curriculum is delivered to brand and safety standards, manage and mentor instructors, handle customer interactions, and teach lessons.This part-time role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week and is pivotal to our early success, helping us deliver a world-class experience for our swimmers and families.Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and mentor swim instructors Schedule pool lessons and staff shifts efficiently Maintain accurate records for employee certifications and compliance Teach lessons and model customer service excellence Build a positive, motivating culture for staff and students Communicate effectively with families and leadershipRequired Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in aquatics, childcare, hospitality, fitness, or related field, specialized swim instruction credentials plus CPR/Lifeguard certifications (may be obtained during training)Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and performance bonuses Paid training Ongoing leadership training and development opportunities Birthday off and Paid time offAbout UsAt British Swim School, were more than just a swim lesson provider, were a mission-driven community that saves lives through water safety education.
