If you know AR and cash posting inside and out this is a strong step forward in your career.What Youll DoPost high-volume cash payments accurately and on time.Resolve payment discrepancies by working directly with customers and internal leadership.Research and troubleshoot AR issues; provide clear reporting and updates.Maintain daily and weekly logs of unapplied payments and potential account risks.Prepare summaries and spreadsheets outlining disputes or unresolved items.Ensure all cash posting is completed within the correct accounting period.Support the Operations Manager with additional AR tasks as needed. Details: What You BringHigh School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors in Accounting or Finance preferred.Minimum 5 years experience in Accounts Receivable or Cash Application.Experience in transportation or logistics preferred.Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.Ability to work independently and within a team.Excellent time management communication and accuracy.High attention to detail and comfort working in a deadline-driven environment.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform standard office duties.Who Thrives HereSomeone who likes structure solves problems quickly communicates clearly and jumps in without waiting to be asked.
