AR Supervisor Collections at Fortune Brands

JOB DESCRIPTION:As the AR Supervisor - Collections youll support the Accounts Receivable functions by monitoring performance and assisting with issue resolution and exception handling. Youll interact with the offshore BPO and internal teams and use your keen attention to detail to support financial operations.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the collections team to meet performance targetsMonitor team productivity and provide coaching and feedbackCollaborate with the cash application and other departments to resolve disputes and issuesReview collections processes and identify opportunities for automation standardization and efficiencyGenerate and analyze reports on AR aging collections performance and KPIsAssist with month-end closing activities and audits by providing necessary documentationReview past due AR reporting to ensure commentary provided as necessaryQualifications : Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field2-4 years of experience in finance accounting or related field required. 4 years of experience preferred. Team supervisory or management experience preferred.Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and AR automation toolsExcellent analytical problem-solving and communication skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiencyAdditional Information : Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $55000 USD - $88000 USD.
