Job DescriptionJob DescriptionArchitectural Designer / Assistant Project Manager – Retail (Hybrid)We are partnering with a multi-discipline architecture firm supporting Retail and Commercial projects. This role is ideal for an architect with 3–5 years of experience looking to grow through hands-on production work and team collaboration.ResponsibilitiesSupport project teams with architectural design and documentationPrepare and update drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailsApply building and accessibility codes with guidance from senior staffCoordinate with consultants to support overall design intentAssist with design updates as project requirements changeSupport construction-phase coordination and field updatesParticipate in internal team meetings and coordination callsQualificationsDegree in Architecture; licensure or progress toward licensure preferred3–5 years of professional experience in an architectural settingWorking knowledge of building and accessibility codesBasic understanding of building construction systemsExperience producing architectural documents across multiple project phasesProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, organization, and time-management skillsRetail or Commercial project experience a plus
