The Area Director has 7 locations under them and works directly with General Managers to deliver a type of the line restaurant experience.Responsibilities:Achieve and exceed district sales targets through operational excellence and strategic sales initiatives.Partner with store leaders to implement local store marketing, community engagement, and catering initiatives to grow sales.Analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and execute action plans to maximize performance.Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier General Managers and Assistant Managers, creating a strong leadership bench for the organization.Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and career development plans that build leadership capability and accountability.Conduct regular in-store visits to observe, mentor, and model leadership behaviors for store managers.Ensure every location delivers exceptional guest service, with accurate and timely order fulfillment.Ensure restaurants operate in full compliance with health, safety, labor, and brand standards.Qualifications:2+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience required (fast casual or quick service experience preferred).Proven track record of developing leaders and building high-performance teams.Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and execute improvement plans.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.Compensation:Base salary in the 80k - 85k/year rangeMonthly BonusBenefits#INDALL
