Area Manager- Fulfillment (DAY Shift) at QVC

You will manage to maintain departmental efficiency and meet productivity volume and quality goals. You will work onsite and report to the Operations Manager.Where Youll WorkThis role is onsite and will require you to work from our Suffolk FC daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.What Youll DoLead Operation teams to support the high level of location accuracy by achieving and implementing sound operating processes.Networks and consults with corporate and site resources and facilities staff to ensure low-cost efficiencies and high service levels are maintained.Identify report and communicate trends or irregularities experienced. Analyze deficiencies and developing plans to correct. Recommend and implement solutions by involving staff to obtain the best result.Partner with the corresponding manager to develop quality guidelines for specified job responsibilities. Support audit techniques and error capturing to ensure products and procedures exceed the established inventory and quality standards.You will work with necessary partners across the network to obtain agreement and implement corrective action measures.Obtain and demonstrate a working knowledge of all technologies used in their Distribution Center including CLIC WMS WAMAS Pyramid and CRM).What Youll BringBachelors degree in business Supply Chain Distribution Logistics or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum 2 years of demonstrated Leadership/Supervisory experience in a high volume distribution center or warehouse environment.Experience encouraging a positive work environment and partnering with employees#LI-Onsite#LI-KW1Our Total Rewards package includes benefits youll love such as competitive compensation paid time off an employee assistance program parental leave paid volunteer hours and amazing company discounts!
