The Opportunity
This field-based leadership role supports Abbott's Vascular division, which delivers innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for vascular disease treatment. As an Area Vice President (AVP), you will report to the Divisional Vice President and lead a high-performing sales organization to achieve strategic and financial goals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5+ years of successful people management
- 10+ years in medical devices, preferably in a regulated environment
- Willingness to travel 5075% for regional/national initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
The base pay for this position is $149,300.00 $298,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
