Covey Security is hiring Part time Armed Field Supervisors to support multiple sites across the Phoenix area.

This is a mobile leadership role - you'll be in the field covering shifts, checking sites, and coaching officers to keep standards high.

• Clear pathway into Operations Manager and leadership roles
• Get real supervisor experience across multiple sites
• Work directly with leadership and be part of decision-making
• Not stuck at one post - stay active and engaged in the field

• 8-hour shifts
• Weekend availability needed
  • Swings & graveyard shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
• Day shifts available
  • Mondays & Fridays
• Flexible, part-time hours with opportunity to grow into full-time

• Cover call-offs and open shifts across sites
• Conduct site checks and coach officers
• Handle incidents and support field operations
• Enforce company standards and expectations

• Active Arizona Armed Guard Card
• 1+ year security experience
• Clean driving record (REQUIRED) - company vehicle provided
• Military / Veteran / Law Enforcement preferred
• Reliable, professional, and able to lead from the front
