Armed Security Officer Part-Time in Fort Pierce City Hall at Excelsior Defense

About the Post:Excelsior Defense Inc. is seeking a highly professional and reliable Armed Security Officer to protect our clients premises assets and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions and maintain access control into the property of City Hall. The Goal is to detect deter observe and report. This post i s stationed at the front desk the officer must be prompt with incoming vendors deliveries and ensure a safe environment with a professional and polite manner (You must have a State License G to work as an Armed officer in the State of Florida)Post Hours: Monday 8am to 6pm and Tuesday 7am to 5pm including City Hall Meetings Protect companys property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environmentObserve for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbancesAct lawfully in direct defense of life or propertyApprehend criminals and evict violatorsTake accurate notes of unusual occurrencesReport on detaining any suspicious incidentsPatrol randomly or regularly building and perimeterMonitor and control access at building entrancesWatch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/Emergency equipmentCurrent OpeningsLocation: Fort Pierce City HallBase Rate: $19.18 hourlySkills Required:Proven work experience as an Armed Security Officer or relevant positionValid Class D Security License & Valid Class G Security License active with the State of Florida (You must have both License and they both need to be active)Excellent knowledge of Public Safety and Security procedures/protocolsSurveillance skills and detail orientationIntegrity and professionalismDetailed Report WritingMust have own Weapon Required Experience:Unclear Seniority Key Skills CCTV,Microsoft Office,Customer Service,Communication skills,Computer Skills,Microsoft Word,Military Experience,Law Enforcement,Conflict Management,Security,Word Processing,Writing Skills Employment Type : Part-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Hourly Salary Salary: 19 - 19
