Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $18.00-$22.00Armed Security Officer Reliant Solutions, Inc.Location: Petersburg, VA Job Type: Full-Time / Part-TimePay Rate: $18.00 $22.00 per hour (based on experience and certifications)Reliant Solutions, Inc. is seeking a professional and dependable Armed Security Officer to help protect our staff, clients, visitors, and property. This position requires a high level of professionalism, alertness, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to any situation in a behavioral health services environment.Responsibilities Patrol assigned areas to maintain a safe and secure environment. Monitor entrances/exits and authorize personnel or visitor access. Respond to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, including medical and safety events. Deter and respond to suspicious activities and security breaches. Enforce company safety and security policies. Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate activity logs. Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.**PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AND YOUR OWN FIREARM**Requirements Minimum age: 21 years. High school diploma or GED.Current Armed Security Officer registration with the Virginia DCJS.Current firearms certification and ability to maintain qualifications. Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and physical fitness assessment. Strong communication and decision-making skills.Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and respond quickly in emergencies.First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred.Prior law enforcement, military, or security experience a plus.Why Join Reliant Solutions?
