Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $95,000 - $110,000 DOERole Summary:The Director of Operations is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the companys strategic initiatives to drive growth, reduce operational risks, enhance financial performance, and improve customer satisfaction, experience, and quality. This position provides strategic direction to ensure safe operations and foster a just culture.
