Job Description: Art Teacher (1 YEAR ONLY)Location:Teachers Memorial Middle SchoolQualifications:Valid CT State Teaching Certificate with appropriate endorsement for ArtMasters Degree PreferredSuccessful experience as a classroom teacher preferredReports to:PrincipalGeneral Description: Creates and delivers engaging and rigorous lessons to diverse groups of students at all levels. Promotes enthusiasm for learning and achievement that demonstrates an understanding of culturally responsive pedagogy. Adheres to district curriculum state and national standards. Collects and reports detailed student data and performance.
