Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPRIMARY FUNCTION: The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair service on various vehicle makes and models.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION/DUTIES:Correctly troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest administrative and technical tools providedKeep up to date with all technical publications, Service Comm, and Asist terminal operationsAddress all original customer concerns before moving onto additional sales Participate in any Factory, or in-house sponsored training programs offered to youComplete all paperwork completely and correctly, then ensure all required shop forms are attached to the RO hard copyMINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent, Technical or Trade school degree preferredASE certification is preferred Knowledge of manufacturers’ repair processes.Must maintain a valid state driver’s license Valid State Inspection preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: Extended periods of kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping to complete or inspect repairs.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
