Production Operator - 3rd Shift

Join our team as a Production Operator on the 3rd shift where you will utilize hand tools and different machinery to assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies used across multiple fields. You will perform quality checks and use computers to access step-by-step assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools like screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches.
• Operate production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller pieces.
• Perform quality checks on your work before proceeding to the next steps.
• Use computers to log into multiple programs to access correct instructions for assembly.

Essential Skills

• Basic computer operation skills for daily use.
• Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly tasks.
• Ability to perform soldering tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1 year of assembly experience is preferred.
• 1-2 years of soldering experience can lead to higher starting pay.
• Experience in picking and packaging is beneficial.
• Candidates with customer service experience tend to perform well.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
