A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week). If interested in this Assembler position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman text ASSEMBLER DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Sumter SC 29153 - 100% on-site Payrate: $16/hr Required Availability: Full-Time Monday - Friday, 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM Must be open to overtime and flexible scheduling as needed ASSEMBLER SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Assembler will supports the production of medical devices by performing assembly, testing, packaging, and basic equipment operation in a regulated manufacturing environment. The Assembler is responsible for following strict quality standards and SOPs while conducting inspections to ensure products meet required specifications. The position also requires attention to detail, use of basic measurement tools, and collaboration with team members to maintain efficient production flow. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates ASSEMBLER RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform assembly, fabrication, testing, and packaging of medical devices Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines Use basic measurement tools and equipment (including microscopes) Maintain attention to detail throughout all stages of production Work collaboratively in a team-based manufacturing environment Rotate between tasks and responsibilities as needed ASSEMBLER REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic reading, writing, and math skills Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Comfortable standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to work in a fast-paced, regulated production environment Take the Next Step!
