General Production Worker

We are looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to help assemble products in a clean and organized production environment. No woodworking interest is requiredjust a willingness to learn, use tools, and be part of a team.

What You'll Do

• Assemble parts using basic hand tools and power tools
• Follow instructions, drawings, and measurements
• Operate simple production equipment
• Help prepare materials and keep work areas organized
• Check completed parts for quality
• Assist with basic painting or surface prep
• Work safely and support your team

What You Bring

• At least 6 months of experience in any hands-on job (assembly, manufacturing, construction, farming, warehouse, etc.)
• Comfortable using tape measures, tools, and equipment
• Able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
• Ready to learn new skills and work with others

Bonus (Not Required)

• Experience with machines or equipment
• Painting or spray-application experience
• Any precision or finish work

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
