JOB DESCRIPTION
Assembler
We are seeking dedicated assemblers to utilize hand and power tools in the building and assembly of trailers. This role is physically demanding, requiring candidates to stand for 10-hour shifts and meticulously follow blueprints without quality errors. Initially, you will focus on rebuilding trailers identified with quality issues before transitioning into an assembly role.
Responsibilities:
- Build and assemble trailers using hand and power tools.
- Follow blueprints accurately with no quality errors.
- Rebuild trailers identified with quality errors before leaving the yard.
- Transition into an assembly role after initial responsibilities.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, verified by references.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly throughout the shift, consistently moving.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in large assembly.
- Construction experience.
- Experience working off written instructions and/or blueprints.

This is a contract position based out of Oregon, WI.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
