We are seeking dedicated assemblers to utilize hand and power tools in the building and assembly of trailers. This role is physically demanding, requiring candidates to stand for 10-hour shifts and meticulously follow blueprints without quality errors. Initially, you will focus on rebuilding trailers identified with quality issues before transitioning into an assembly role.

Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble trailers using hand and power tools.
• Follow blueprints accurately with no quality errors.
• Rebuild trailers identified with quality errors before leaving the yard.
• Transition into an assembly role after initial responsibilities.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, verified by references.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly throughout the shift, consistently moving.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in large assembly.
• Construction experience.
• Experience working off written instructions and/or blueprints.

This is a contract position based out of Oregon, WI.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
